BASIC UNIT LLC will verify product availability, applicable sales tax, discounts and delivery timing. We will then email you a final written quote. After you approve the quote, we will send an itemized Stripe invoice containing a secure payment link.

Bespoke items in your list: Made-to-order production takes 3–7 days after your Stripe invoice is paid and your measurements, fabric and design have been approved. Shipping is separate: standard US transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. We confirm your expected dispatch and arrival dates in the final quote. No non-quality returns or exchanges. Displayed prices are quote references. Custom-order terms.
